I am SUO Purabi Dutta from WB&Sikkim Directorate. I was selected for the Central Cultural team as a lead singer in RDC 2022 at Delhi DG NCC HEADQUARTERS. Also, I am awarded with the DG Commendation Card and Governor's Medal.
