Navy Day celebration By 3 UP NU LUCKNOW
The day is celebrated to respect the Indian Navy's counter-attack in Operation Trident during the Indo-Pakistan war in 1971. The Indian Navy Day is observed on December 4 every year to recognise the efforts and achievements of the Indian Navy.
