Nishan Upadhay enrolled himself in NCC in the year 2018-19 from Govt. Degree College, Kamalpur, Dhalai, Tripura. He resides at Bhowalia Basti, Ambassa, Dhalai, Tripura. At present he is in his 6th semester of B.A. course.
