Cycling is most beneficial exercise it\\\'s increased cardiovascular fitness,muscle strength, flexibility,joint mobility.and posture and coordination.decreased stress levels.strengthened bones.decreased body fat levels.
WORLD DAY AGAINST CHILD LABOUR
This is what I done for 12 June and Definately, I'll help in any possible atleast one child labour in lifetime! Infact as a senior I organized a zoom section for my fellow cadets.They participate and threw these activities we aware people.
INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
Here is described some position of yogaasans and their benefits. Please, must do some warm up exercises before any yogasan. Not only yogasan , any kind of exercise give you benifit if it's in routine. And yoga helps in various disease.
